The Morals Manifest
Today morals are little or non-existent. Children are learning that to become older they have to give up their innocence. Having people doing things earlier and earlier. Also as this is happening entertainment and outside influences are pressuring these children to do so. It disgusts me. Women are going to ?around? to all the guys us a widely accepted thing now. They used to be shunned and widely looked down upon. Now they are just one of the crowd.
As this is happening the kids? role models are becoming less and less good people. Celebrities, musicians, athletes are constantly leading children down the road of no return. They don?t care whether people are looking up to them. They just keep on going with their lives. Completing a cycle of promiscuousness. They say they want to be left to do their own thing. But that is what comes with the territory.
People on TV, movies, news, and radio are showing you that it is ok to get divorced three or four times and having numerous kids without getting married are also ok. But lastly is to have abortions is ok. It's not.
Smoking and underage drinking has become huge. No one understands that cigarette companies want you to smoke knowing that you will become helplessly addicted and get another smok. er, But people thinks it?s ?cool? and ?adult?. Being adult is the ability to make wise decisions. After they are seriously confronted with their choice they try to no end to justify their decision to smoke and if you make all of the logical explanations they turn to more abstract illogical ones. Also with drinking, people do not realize the side effects of drinking. These problems can be related with home life and your environment. If your parents are alcoholics unfortunately their children are more likely to become alcoholics themselves. Thus having the parents heavily responsible for these children problems.
It is our job to change the future for the better. We are suppose to be moving forward. At this point we are doing a terrible job. We are a feel good generation. We only do things that make us feel good. Always doing thing that benefit ourselves or is convenient. We have become lazier and lazier. the side effect is that we have to stop doing it manually Technology is becoming greater and greater but unfortunally we do less and less.
